Frankly, I don't think you have missed too much.. Crispy duck many years ago was meaty and delicious. And it became a famous food because it used to be good. Now it's mostly just famous for being famous. There is such demand for duck now, the farmers are harvesting them when they are very small and have very little meat. To me, you can make almost the same thing yourself by marinating a duck in some spices and then putting it in a deep fryer until the duck turns very very dark brown.. Other than that problem, how did you enjoy your trip to Bali? Hope it was good... 6.
